India Arie - The heart of the matter

A sombra do vento

O intuito do blog é falar sobre a viagem. Porém, no domingo eu terminei de ler um livro incrível. Devorei em uma semana, sem ler um pouquinho todos os dias, mas sim um montão sempre que podia.

A Sombra do Vento fala de amor. De todo o tipo de amor: do platônico, do materno, do paterno, do de irmão, do de admiração, do emprestado, do negado, do possível, do impossível. Por falar de amor, ele fala de perda. Mas sobretudo fala de esperança.

Os protagonistas se encontram em uma teia de mistérios excitante enquanto os outros personagens vão sendo introduzidos e interligados de uma forma inimaginável. Além da narrativa que não te deixa largar o livro com facilidade a história e o final são fantásticos! Para quem gosta de romance, mistério, sustos, intriga, coisas do além e muito amor de verdade, de sonho, eu aconselho.

Acúmulo de conhecimento

Além dos livros e guias e mapas e reportagens e pesquisas na internet que tenho lido, tudo buscando relembrar fatos históricos e descobrir os principais lugares turísticos, hoje comecei um curso de vinhos para iniciantes!

Todo esse preparatório sendo feito com a intenção de aproveitar mais e mais tudo que a Europa pode oferecer!

O curso começa com uma visão histórica e teorias de quando o vinho foi descoberto pelo ser humano, passa pelo papel de cada um na comercialização do vinho, desde a produção até chegar à mesa do consumidor final, passando pelas técnicas de degustação até a dita cuja (a melhor parte, diga-se de passagem). Hoje foram 2 vinhos brancos e toda uma discussão de com que tipo de comida deveriam ser servidos.

Nomes e vinícolas a parte, não gostei de nenhum dos de hoje e, de acordo com o professor, isso é o que importa! Que venham os tintos na semana que vem!
